In their recent paper, “Improving Health and Safety as Youth and Young Adults Leave the Justice System: State Implementation of Policies to Strengthen Continuity of Care at Reentry,” the Health and Reentry Project (HARP) delves into the impact these health policies can have on youth, and examines the work underway in New Mexico, Massachusetts, and North Carolina, with a focus on juvenile justice system implementation.
