The Youth in Custody Certificate Program shines a light on the complex and serious needs of youth in facilities, serving as a venue for leaders to develop capacity, effectuate change, and begin or accelerate system improvements to better serve this population. - Learn how the facility’s physical environment can be shaped to deliver effective programming and treatment
- Dive into practical strength-based approaches and re-entry support
The focus of this workshop is on real‑world application. Participants will analyze root causes of their own partnership challenges and develop concrete strategies to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals that promote youth well-being and long-term success.
