Engagement and Support: Extended engagement including in-depth training, ongoing consultation, and structured TA over the course of a year.
Key Deliverables:
- Strategic curriculum and extended training series
- A collaboratively developed Capstone Proposal (Implementation Plan) outlining system change goals, core strategies, and sustainability considerations
- A detailed workplan specifying tasks, responsible parties, timeframe, and resource needs to operationalize the implementation plan
- Milestone reviews to assess baseline needs, progress toward Capstone goals, identify challenges, and refine implementation strategies
- Optional stakeholder engagement sessions to broaden buy-in
- Induction into CYJ’s Fellows Network upon Program completion
