Engagement and Support: Extended engagement including in-depth training, ongoing consultation, and structured TA over the course of a year.

Key Deliverables:

Strategic curriculum and extended training series
A collaboratively developed Capstone Proposal (Implementation Plan) outlining system change goals, core strategies, and sustainability considerations
A detailed workplan specifying tasks, responsible parties, timeframe, and resource needs to operationalize the implementation plan
Milestone reviews to assess baseline needs, progress toward Capstone goals, identify challenges, and refine implementation strategies
Optional stakeholder engagement sessions to broaden buy-in
Induction into CYJ’s Fellows Network upon Program completion
