Overview: This option supports strategic alignment and the early implementation of system change initiatives, with an emphasis on structured planning, collaborative problem-solving, and data-informed action.

Engagement and Support: Moderate-term engagement combining training and targeted TA to support planning and early-stage execution.

Key Deliverables:

  • Applied curriculum tailored to local reform goals
  • Guided development of a structured Capstone Project
  • Feedback on progress through a mid-point progress snapshot, summarizing key developments, lessons learned, and suggested next steps to support ongoing system change efforts
  • Final Capstone Project with CYJ review and recommendations
  • Induction into CYJ’s Fellows Network upon Program completion

Training Approach and Focus Areas: Sessions may include scenario planning, interagency coordination exercises, and shared accountability structures. Focus areas often include leadership and organizational culture change, operationalizing interagency collaboration, and project implementation strategies.
