We are pleased to open applications for jurisdictions to join the Crossover Youth Practice Model! You can find links to download the application materials below.

A few notes about the application:

In consideration of applying, we recommend that each jurisdiction convene a team of senior leaders and a core group of key stakeholders to review the information contained in the application document and discuss the current capacity within the jurisdiction to support this effort.
Once consensus has been reached, we ask that the jurisdiction reach out to Dr. Alexandra Miller, Deputy Director for Multisystem Operations, by email at am4020@georgetown.edu.
The application to join the Crossover Youth Practice Model consists of two key parts: the Leadership Designation Form which will require commitment statements from the leaders of juvenile justice, child welfare, and family/juvenile court, and the Practice Model Application Questionnaire that addresses the challenges, strengths, and unique profiles of each applying jurisdiction.
